If you would like to order an EPC assessment simply provide the basic details of the property (type, number of bedrooms, full postal address) via the contact form or email, along with any specific requirements for date/time of booking. I will try to accommodate specific date/time requirements where workload permits. I also have limited availability for early evening and weekends if required. I will acknowledge all orders within 24 hrs.

Home Information Packs are mandatory for all homes, Home Information Packs, or Seller's Packs have to be commissioned before a property can be put on the open market for sale in England and Wales.
